Bluetooth Connection Issues

Solution Steps

  • 1Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and watch.
  • 2Keep your watch screen on and within range (10 meters).
  • 3Try toggling Bluetooth off and on again.
  • 4Restart both your phone and watch.

Data Not Syncing

Vital signs are not appearing in the app or dashboard.

Solution Steps

  • 1Ensure Health Service Kit is enabled: Huawei Health > Me > Privacy Management > Health Service Kit.
  • 2If the service is already enabled, try toggling it off and on again.
  • 3Use the manual sync option: Huawei Health > Me > Settings > Sync Data Manually.
  • 4Check if HeartInCare has permission to read health data.

Missing Notifications

You are not receiving alerts or reminders.

Solution Steps

  • 1Check your phone's Notification settings for HeartInCare.
  • 2Ensure 'Do Not Disturb' mode is off.
  • 3Verify that background app refresh is enabled.

High Battery Usage

The app seems to consume more battery than expected.
