Account Deletion

Introduction

At HeartInCare, we prioritize our users' privacy and data security. This document explains how you can delete your account and associated data within the HeartInCare application.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their accounts at any time through the HeartInCare application. To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these steps:

1. Open the HeartInCare application.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Select the Privacy Management menu.
4. Click on the Delete Account option.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request.

Deleted Data and Retention Period

Upon submitting your account deletion request, your account and all associated personal data (health data, profile information, usage history, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our systems.

There is no additional retention period for deleted accounts and related data. Once the deletion process is performed, all data is irreversibly destroyed immediately.
