Account & Privacy

You can delete your account directly within the application settings under 'Profile > Delete Account'. For more details, please visit our Account Deletion page. Alternatively, to exercise your right to erasure under data protection laws, you can fill out our KVKK Application Form and submit it to us.
We use industry-standard encryption for all sensitive health data. Your data is stored on secure servers in Germany. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Yes, you can export all your personal data including health metrics from the app settings. This feature allows you to download a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

Subscription & Payments

Our core tracking features are currently completely free to use. However, professional doctor support is a paid service, subject to fees determined individually by your chosen healthcare provider.
Subscriptions apply solely to professional doctor support services. You may terminate your support subscription at any time directly through the doctor's profile. Please note that specific subscription terms and cancellation details may vary based on your agreement with the doctor.
Payment methods provide flexibility based on your doctor's preference. We generally support secure payments via a prepaid credit system or direct credit card transactions.

Devices & Compatibility

We are fully compatible with all Huawei smartwatches capable of Huawei Health integration. Support for Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch is coming soon.
Our app is optimized for minimal battery consumption. Background monitoring uses efficient APIs to ensure your battery lasts all day.
Please first verify if your data is visible within the Huawei Health app. If data is missing there, we recommend contacting Huawei official support. If data is present in Huawei Health but not syncing to our app, please consult our Troubleshooting Guide.

Health Data

HeartInCare requires HealthKit access to read vital signs like heart rate, steps, and sleep analysis from your smartwatch or phone sensors. We only access data that you explicitly authorize. See our User Consent Text for more details.

To share your data, your doctor must be a registered member of our platform. You can search for your doctor by name in the 'Find Expert' tab and send a connection request. Once accepted, real-time data sharing will commence.
